I forgot to get the names of the crew that made me & my daughter have the best day! From jump they were so nice. The man who brought the food out to us, fist bumped baby & talked with her about bluey. The lady at the register let her go make her own icecream cone & my daughter was ecstatic! I had a great experience at Dairy Queen, and I have to give a special shoutout Mahdi! He went above and beyond with his customer service—super friendly, fast, and made sure everything was just right. You can tell he really cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. My m&m blizzard was great (as always), but Mahdi definitely made the visit even better. Give that man a raise!

Ordered an edible photo cake that, to save my life, I couldnt get at the Elyria store. Because I wasted time at the Elyria store I had only 4 days to get this cake ordered and in my hands. I called the N. Olmsted DQ and that cake team was absolutely amazing! I truly wish I could remember the ladys name that I worked with because she was so helpful. She took the order confirmed she got the email with the photo and details about the cake. She even called me back to make sure I wanted a black backgroud. It was clear she knew a cake was importasnt to us when celebrating my childs birthday. She gave me a few ideas and time to fix it and send it back. She confirmed she got the new design. I picked up the cake and it was perfect! My child loved it! We all did! Thank you so much for saving the day and helping to make our celebration special!! We had a great time and ofcourse the cake was deliscious!
